  • Export approval within Goldbod frameworks
  • Licence details provided on request after DD
Control 03

Chain of custody

  • Supplier identity and origin recorded for each purchase
  • Feedstock lot tied to refinery output, serial and assay certificate
  • Sealed, insured transport with documented hand-overs
  • Export documents matched to the physical consignment
Control 04

Responsible sourcing

  • Aligned with OECD Due Diligence Guidance for minerals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas
  • Licensed miners and licensed local traders only
  • Zero tolerance for child labour, forced labour and conflict financing
  • Environmental and mercury-reduction expectations for suppliers
